At Merius, we have an ambitious goal to grow our business fivefold in five years, by productizing our expertise into digital entities.

At the moment, we are a company with around 20 employees and a turnover of almost €2 million. Within five years, we aim is to grow our staff to almost 100 employees and a turnover of €10 million.

Growth requires changes in our strategy and organisational model. We need to improve and productize our specialist expertise-based services and professionalize our management system. Our services range from factory design to long-term projects with demand of engineering work. We are productizing our services which are easy to buy and replicate.

Ongoing development projects are expanding our business from specialist services to delivery of digital project management solutions.
